Mike Maskell is an engaged citizen in Virginia Beach and ran for the Lynnhaven seat for the Virginia Beach City Council race in 2018. His platform was focused on many important issues from local flooding to a larger scope of cyber security.

He wanted a platform to introduce himself and his campaign and to update the local community about his activism and his stance on the issues.

Unfortunately, he lost the city council race but plans to run again in the next elections cycle and continues to be a very valued voice in the community.
